Senior Service Charge Accountant

My client is an established Managing Agent in an affluent area of London offering high level residential block management services to their prime central London clients. They are looking to add a chartered service charge accounts expert to their company who will play an integral part in developing the accounts team as the company continues to grow.
The minimum requirements to be considered for this role are:
- You must be a Chartered Accountant
- You must have experience in service charges
- You must have used Qube software
Main duties
-Creating client specific management reports
-Delivering on time executive summaries to clients
-All aspects of year end accounting, including resolving any queries
-Reconciliation of income/expenditure, preparing statements for signing off by Directors
-Training and developing a finance team
-Producing owner statements for the collection of ground rents
-Resolving any service charge queries
-Paying contractor invoices via online banking
-Ensure accurate record keeping in relation to service charges
-Preparing draft budgets and forecast data of service charges
-Sending out service charge demands and statements along with arrears recovery
-Ensuring the integrity of accounting records and controls in line with prevailing legislation
-Preparation of year end accounting documentation along with liaison with external auditors.
-Data entry of all financial information onto the company management software (Qube)
-Co-create annual budgets and financial strategy for each client
