We are currently recruiting for a mechanical shift engineer for our client who is at the heart of mobilising our fully integrated property investor platform, bringing our leasing expertise together with investment, asset and property management, valuation and development specialists. We have the depth of experience to guide our clients through every stage of the property lifecycle, from funding and acquisition of office space to leasing and disposal.
You will be working for a company who are not only market leaders with in the building services industry but are well established globally. This client is predominantly known for providing the best training, support and career progression, they are a fantastic company to work for.
Qualifications needed include:
- Mechanical apprenticeship
- HVAC systems
- L8 Legionella
- City and Guilds plumbing and heating

- Continental shift pattern, a mixture of days and nights.
- PPMs and reactive tasks
- Fault finding
- Competitive salaries between up to £36,000 and £39,000
- Overtime available
- Clear career progression and extensive training
