IT Specialist - London - £35,000
Role
- Must be an IT Application Specialist
- Maintains business efficiency by planning and implementing business systems.
- Designs and implements business policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Protect and ensure data is always properly maintained and the business is using the system according to the procedures.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage for the business
- Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running.
- Provide day to day system support to the operations, sales and finance department
- Assist troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide support when needed.
- Monitor system data to ensure procedures are being followed accordingly and data is cleaned across the database.
- Ensure current system set up accommodates stakeholders’ requirements and/or make necessary amendments if otherwise.
- Create processes and procedures that help business users to perform their day to day tasks.
- Perform routine/schedule data audits of the system.
Experience
- Proven experience as a system lead or similar role
- Experience in co-working management solutions software
- Experience creating process and procedures
- Business and technical knowledge understanding
- Experience running training sessions for business users
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
