This role is to operate within the maintenance department working across a number of commercial contracts as a mobile electrical engineer carrying out planned/reactive works within the M25.
Job Description;
Permanent Role –Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Monday to Friday, Overtime available
Salary – £33k - 36k
Location – London
Job specific accountabilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance programme on variety of electrical equipment
- Carry out reactive repairs to electrical systems and equipment as per requirement
- Accept and feedback work on PPM system and suggest improvements
- Operate and manage all automated control systems, including BMS and Lighting
- Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
- Undertake Health and Safety, Technical and other training as required
Essential Qualifications;
Full Electrical qualifications to a minimum City & Guilds or equivalent (NVQ 2 or 3)
17th Edition – Regulations
Must have commercial maintenance experience
Fault finding abilities are essential
Desirable Qualifications;
Ability to record work accurately on work sheets and computer based systems
2391 qualification would be desirable but not a requirement
