We are seeking a Head of Facilities Management to join HIE who will lead our FM team and play a key role in reviewing HIE’s current approach to FM services, health and safety, business continuity, security and contractor management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive FM professional to refresh HIE’s approach and ensure both statutory compliance and operational delivery.
To be successful in this role you hold a post graduate FM qualification or have extensive equivalent work experience along with a successful track record in the scoping and delivery of FM functions across either the public or private sector. Multi-site management experience would be desirable.
You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong people management skills and the ability to lead, influence and negotiate with a variety of key stakeholders both internal and external.
