As an Accounts Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure your clients are held in high regard and are kept satisfied, to lead to the development of the contract. More details:
Main Duties
- Dealing with Sub contractors, and ensuring associated documentation is kept up to date
- Dealing with Clients enquiries, and maintaining relations
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the contract and P&L Levels are maintained
- Meet and Exceed contractual KPI’s/SLA’s
- Ensure completion of Reactive and PPM
- Ensure company process and policy is deployed on site
- Provide Leadership for contract managers to maintain our high standards of service
- Ensure efficient staffing levels for all contracts.
- Create and develop training plans
Requirements
- Recognised trade qualification of City and Guilds level 3 or equivalent
- Customer focus
- Man management and leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Office/Bank commercial FM experience
- Knowledge of (but not limited to) HVAC, HV, BMS Systems
- Contracts management experience
Desirable
- Degree Qualified
- Mechanical/Electrical bias Ideally at NVQ level 2
- Ex forces background are very welcome to apply
