Area Cleaning Manger
Thames Valley
£28,000 -£30,000
Our client is seeking an individual with knowledge of the cleaning industry.
You will be flexible on times and managing morning and evening cleaning contracts in the Thames Valley area. Managing staff, stock and customer queries. This position involves visiting sites across South East, so flexibility with travel and evening work is required.
Duties will include:
- Hiring and training Cleaning Operatives
- Signing up and inducting new employees
- Ensuring that your sites are fully staffed and have the relevant stock and supplies
- Carrying out cleaning audits of your sites
- With the help of your line manager rectifying any problems with standards or employees
Required Skills:
- Relationship building with both clients and employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Professional atmosphere with excellent career progression.
- Experienced in facilities especially cleaning is essential for this role
It is essential that you have a full clean driving license as you will be responsible for ta portfolio covering the South East
