PA/Office Manager - Immediate Start (Maternity Cover)

Role
- To ensure an effective and customer focused service is provided in accordance with the contract specification and agreed service levels.
- To develop and maintain a positive relationship with the clients and business vendors.
- To provide core reception and administration services to the Country Manager and local team, while supporting the delivery of facilities services to the Athens office.
- Implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practice is achieved in every aspect of service delivery with particular focus on cost, quality and client satisfaction.
- Act as the Country Manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization, dealing with incoming emails and post and prioritize and respond accordingly.
- Prepare and manage local budget for services to the office, reporting accruals and reforecasting on a monthly basis.
- Process supplier invoices and raise purchase orders.
- Develop positive relationships with service providers, ensuring standards and scope of service are met.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests to the office and handle them when appropriate.
Personal Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft office package.
- Preferred minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a receptionist/senior level administration. support in a similar corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Have good anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude.
- Demonstrate and deliver strong customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills and team building.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of basic workplace health and safety.
- Able to work in a team environment but also independently.
