Workplace Consultant, 6-month contract, £400 per day, Glasgow, ASAP start
Working for a leading professional services and real estate company, you will be based at one of their large end clients in Glasgow a workplace change / communication consultant. You will be part of the workplace change programme, reporting into the workplace change lead and you will define the workplace change engagement plan that needs to be communicated, implemented and delivered.
This contract role will be based in Glasgow 5 days per week and your communication will be key, to deal with various stakeholders and act as a conduit to help through challenging parts of the workplace change engagement plan.
You will bring with you, prior experience in how workplace change management, workplace consulting or how workplace strategy is delivered. Any experience working with large financial services companies would be ideal, and working in a previous workplace consulting, strategy or change management role where new ways of working / agile working or flexible working as been implemented and internally communicated on a large scale.
