Business Development Manager - Cleaning South East London - Kent
£34/-£38k per annum OTE+ benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Professional Cleaning Company who are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience selling cleaning services.
The right candidate will be keen, eager and hungry to take their experience to develop a market emerging company. The successful candidate will enjoy an enticing salary with an excellent uncapped commission scheme.
The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be solely responsible for hunting and winning new business within your area. You will need to have previous experience in selling Contract Cleaning services. The role will be field based and will involve you speaking to company decision makers on a daily basis. You will be set a realistic target, with exceptional commission on offer for achieving yearly and monthly targets. As well as winning new business, you will be responsible for re-bids and retaining existing clients.
The candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have experience and a track record at identifying and winning new business. As a person, you will be highly proactive and creative, while also having an effective sales approach. The right candidate will be able to take accountability for managing their own sales territory and be able to consistently hit targets. To be successful you will need to be well presented, tenacious, self-motivated and very resilient, as well as having excellent rapport building skills.
