Development Manager – Property / Refurb / Build
Location – Nationwide
Salary - £80,000
Sector – Hotels / Accommodation / Hospitality
Our rapidly-expanding, market-leading client has instructed us to find them a top performing Development Manager to join them on their exceptional trajectory for growth.
Over the last 18 months this company has more than quadrupled in size and with double digit new sites coming on line, there are no signs that they intend to slow down!
We need to hear from candidates with high quality, large quantity experience in the construction and project management field, ideally within hotels / hospitality.
As the Development Manager you need to work on multiple projects at once and across a fairly broad geography, so you must be happy to travel as required.
Your remit will include accountability for ensuring each site is physically ready to operate – overall responsibility for, construction, fit out and branding. There will also be some recruitment, supply chain selection and organisation.
