We are looking for:
Head of Estates (Campus Management)
Salary: £40,000- £46,000

Overall we have around 5,500 full-time students in the College and 700 in our University Campus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and pro-active Head of Estates and Campus Management who will primarily be responsible for the strategic management and implementation of Estates and Property Management strategy within our business. The role is both operational and strategic and will report into the Finance Director.
The role will suit an individual with a strategic understanding and sound background in Estates, Facilities, Property and Campus Management. You will be an individual who works well under pressure is determined and is able to influence at all levels. You will also:
- Have significant operational experience in Estates, Facilities and Campus management
- Be credible, with an engaging communication style
- Have a Degree/HND in Facilities, building, engineering, surveying or similar
- Have a NEBOSH certificate
- Membership of BFIM
