Programme Manager Workplace Strategy

£90k + package/bonus/car etc
Workplace Programme Manager required for my dynamic and forward thinking real estate consultancy client at a client site in Glasgow. My client is seeking a senior individual with extensive workplace strategy experience to lead a Centre of Workplace Excellence for a multinational end client.
You will play a key role in shaping the workplace strategy for this programme of work which will be delivered to numerous locations around the globe. You will need to understand workplace strategy, have prior experience of defining governance, experience of working on global programmes and the ability to manage expectations of global heads. Stakeholder management skills are key. This a programme manager/director level position with responsibility for management of country specific teams and a small team to directly manage in Glasgow. You will be responsible for the execution of the deliverables defined from the Centre of Excellence that you will create.
