Working for a prestigious client on a flagship estate in central London as in inhouse Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for Engineering and Maintenance projects and operations. You will provide a peer engineering overview of all projects across the buildings, ensuring correctness of design, installation, commissioning and record documentation, you will manage engineering CAD and operational teams, namely: Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing and Pipefitting, BMS and Satellite operations.You will be responsible for the budgets, strategy and overall performance of all engineering and project functions across the estate, managing a large inhouse and external team whilst ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Ideally a qualification in M+E and experience.
Must have worked in a similar position for a large organisation/building.
