Head of Design - Hotels London £100/110k

The role:
- Oversee three different departments- interior design, creative and architecture
- Design and deliver global processes
- Oversee the architecture layouts
- Implement smooth transactions between Design and Delivery
- Oversee renovations/maintenance for existing properties
- Motivate and lead your global team to success
The Person:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of development experience at the Director level in the hotel or related industry
- Experience with new openings
- Relevant Degree
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
