A Fantastic opportunity working for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies, who have traded for over 75 years working on a large well known site in the Woking area has become available.
You will be working as a Technical Supervisor looking after a team of multi-skilled engineers on commercial sites. Engineers will be covering a range of skills from Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric.
The engineers carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks with M&E building services maintenance.
You will be offering day to day supervision, allocating work, assisting with technical issues and generally acting as the day to day manager.
You will be looking after any subcontract labour on site and will be acting as the main point of contact for any client issues or escalations.
You will be assisting with audits and generally checking work is completed in good fashion in a timely manor.
The right candidate will have come from either a mechanical or electrical maintenance background and will be familiar with HVAC systems. You will ideally have supervised engineers in the past and will be happy to manage a medium size team.
