Working for one of the countries leading Building Services companies you could be working as their Maintenance Electrical Engineer at one of their Static based sites in Swindon.
MAIN FUNCTION OF ROLE:
To provide facilities management services support to a specific site(s). Duties to include, but not restricted to, day to day operational interaction with the client, support of Health & Safety in relation to the FM function. Supervision of third party resource and suppliers. Execution of PPM’s and reactive maintenance relevant to their site.
To carry out general building maintenance and preferbly with experince in control systems and conveyors.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Hold a relevant building services qualifications.
Experience in a similar multi-skilled role.
Experience with Electrical and Mechanical repairs / installations
Good communication skills.
Good mix of general maintenance / reactive skills
Ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative
Ability to prioritise work loads
Ability to work at heights
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Hold a recognised qualification in Testing and Inspection
Portable Appliance Testing.
IPAF Qualified / PASMA Qualified
There is a shift pattern to this role, also consisting of a on call rota every 3 weeks
salary starting art 34k and would be negotiable to the right candiate
