Mortgage & Protection Advisor
My client are part of one of the world's leading independent financial advisory firms providing long term financial management solutions for clients living in the UK or abroad, returning to the UK or coming to the UK for the first time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that provide a service that goes far beyond the usual to include wills, insurance, foreign currency exchange, tax issues, legal advice and more to provide an extraordinary international mortgage resource that's exclusively built around their clients with care and consideration.
In return, they are offering a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with an uncapped, realistic OTE of £35k -£40k in your first year and the potential to earn significantly more as your progress,with the more experienced advisors achieving earnings upwards of £65k - £70k per annum!
Key Accountabilities
- The role is office based and you will provide your advice to national & international clients over the telephone.
- All leads will be provided to you, generated by the company's marketing activities and existing client bank.
- You will be required to work in a fast paced environment and be able to manage your own case load advising on both mortgages and protection.
- You will ensure all advice is given on the basis of a full and detailed fact-find, which complies with Company standards, ensuring that all advice given is fully documented.
- You will maintain the necessary knowledge and skills and to fulfil and comply with Company Compliance requirements and all other related legislation.
Experience Required
- CeMAP 1,2 & 3 is highly desirable.
- Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and honesty i.e. no adverse references from previous employers, no CCJ's or other financial problems.
- Tenacious, proactive individual, able to work without close supervision, but as part of a team.
- A target driven and results orientated individual driven by customer satisfaction.
