A large healthcare organisation is looking to appoint a senior estates professional who has extensive experience within the Decommissioning of healthcare estates.

Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the weekly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work;
- Development of the water management system to include a refresh of the current flushing and escalation groups on the COMPASS water management system;
- Lead the decommissioning of the hospital to include decommissioning of major medical equipment, medical gases, plant rooms, demolition etc.
- Prepare the ERIC data collection for 2018/19, to include aggregated data for two sites (current and new hospital);
- Work in conjunction with the Site Services Operations Manager to ensure the safe and compliant running of the hospital site;
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience of decommissioning major medical equipment, medical gases, plant rooms etc.
- Thorough understanding and experience of maintaining an aging estate;
- Must have experience of working within the NHS;
- Hold Water Management experience;
- It is desirable that candidates have a Mechanical bias.
