Salary: £40,000 max (OTE)

A leading building services provider has had a vacancy come up due to expansion in their engineering reach as they have recently won a new contract.


They are currently looking for split days engineers to work on the alternate shift pattern which would be 10-7/7-4 covering all electrical building maintenance.


The ideal candidate would hold qualifications in electrical engineering and would have at least 5 years hands on experience working in a critical or high client facing environment.


Even though working in a small team, the successful engineer would have worked on electrical and mechanical building plant the ideal engineers experience should cover but not be limited to; Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors, emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning and other building services maintenance that may arise.
