An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mobile fabric technician who is also comfortable in plumbing duties; this will be based in the West of London (Uxbridge, Hayes, Acton). You will be covering the whole portfolio of contracts but in a small vicinity, so travel is limited and work is vast - you will never be bored!
This is a permanent position with the hours being 8-5.
The ideal candidate will have worked proficiently in the commercial building services industry working with all these types of equipment and plant;
Fabric Duties ;
Painting and Decorating, Hanging doors, Carpentry, Fixing and replacing locks, Skirting..
Basic Plumbing.
Sinks , urinals , unblock toilets , fix leaking taps and shower heads
Also Planned and Reactive maintenance to these.
AHU's
Fan Coil Units
Pipework
Hot / Cold and medium temp water systems
High / Medium / Low pressure water systems
The Engineer will possess the following requirements;
Relevant Plumbing Qualifications - (NVQ C&G)
Driving License.
Strong all round building services knowledge.
Package
Great basic salary
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Company Van + Personal use
Above average pension
Overtime available (1.5x Mon-Fri. 2.0x Sunday)
1 in 8 Call Out.
