Fabric Technician (Mobile)

Our client, an industry leading FM service provider, are looking to hire a fabric engineer to work on a mobile basis in Wiltshire on a local authority contract.
The sites are all commercial and include offices, libraries, schools and leisure centres, amongst other commercial environments.
You ideally have a background in commercial building maintenance.
Duties will include PPMs and Reactive maintenance on all fabric duties. This will include but won’t be limited to: installing and repairing doors, swinging doors, window frames, locks, door handles, floor and ceiling tiles and repairing furniture, toilet furniture repairs, blockages, general building maintenance, basic plumbing, basic electrical, paperwork and tablet use, escorting sub-contractors.
- · Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- · Salary £25,000

You will also need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
