Previous Experience
- Should have overseen at least 6/8 restaurants previously as an Area/ Operations Manager
- Should have had a team report into you which includes General Managers and office team
- Very comfortable with Stock reconciliation and budgeting
- Commercially aware and strategic
- Experience with delivering training at both operational and management level
