The Company cares for over 400 historic buildings, monuments and places - from world-famous prehistoric sites to grand medieval castles, from Roman forts on the edges of empire to a Cold War bunker.
Responsibilities-
- Marketing the company to potential new customers
- Selling new concepts and ideas to potential customers to drive business
- Keeping ahead of trends and delivering bespoke catering dependent on client
- Recruiting, inducting and training new starters
- Operationally running the events that take place from inception to end
- Upselling services
- Marketing and Promotional work
- Training & Recruitment
- Planning and budgeting all events on behalf of a customer
- Overseeing Café retail
- Financially accountable for site and Cash Handling
The Candidate –
- Experience in a similar environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fantastic Communication skills
- Passionate about the events and catering industry
- Polished and well presented
- IT literate
- Experience with online catering booking systems
- Complete foodie who enjoys putting menus together
- Experience in venue events and retail catering.
