Forza Doors launches recruitment drive as business continues to grow
Fast-growing West Sussex manufacturer Forza Doors has launched a recruitment drive, with around 20 roles currently available across the business.
Based near Horsham, Forza Doors is a UK leading manufacturer of bespoke timber fire doors and joinery.
Since launching in 2010 with a team of just 12, the business has grown to more than 230 employees and has sold more than half a million doors. It has built a strong reputation for high-quality production, technical expertise and exceptional service.
In the past two years alone, Forza has grown its team by more than 18 per cent and invested over £200,000 in people development, supporting a wide range of training and professional qualifications.
It has also made several appointments across the business, including estimators, financial controller, specification manager, regional sales managers, HGV drivers and warehouse operatives.
Now, with demand for its products remaining high, Forza is looking to fill around 20 roles across the business, with recruitment expected to remain a key focus throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.
Current opportunities span a range of roles and levels across the business, including continuous improvement, AI and automation, production operatives, technical & product development, sales and estimating positions.
Will Hunnam, Managing Director at Forza Doors, said: “This is a pivotal time for Forza Doors as our team continues to grow after 16 years of trading.
“This growth reflects the strong and sustained demand we are seeing across the market for our products.
“The business is built on a vision to craft beautifully bespoke and compliant timber solutions to industry-leading standards and that requires a high level of skill across our entire workforce.
“As we look ahead to the rest of 2026 and into 2027, attracting and developing talented people will continue to be an important focus for the business.
“We welcome applications from anyone interested in joining us and encourage prospective candidates to explore our current opportunities on the website."
