Mears Group named one of the UK’s Best Big Companies to Work For 2025

Mears Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 15 Best Big Companies to Work For 2025, following the results of the annual Best Companies survey.

The company achieved a 10th place in this year’s league table, which measures employee engagement across organisations nationwide.

The recognition reflects the views of Mears colleagues and highlights the Group’s continued focus on creating an inclusive, supportive, and rewarding workplace.

Now in its seventh year of partnership with Best Companies, Mears continues to use colleague feedback to shape its approach to employee engagement and organisational development.

Colleagues that took part in the independent survey shared insights on what the company is doing well and where further improvements can be made.

The Best Companies accreditation is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading measures of workplace engagement.
