FMs can now take advantage of NEC4 FMC Training Course

The latest training course ‘Introduction to the NEC4 Facilities Management Contract (FMC)’ is now available to book with NEC. The one-day, virtual session is aimed at those with minimal experience of NEC contracts and provides practical insight into when and how to use NEC4 FMC, the contract strategy, and how it is effectively managed.
Written in clear, easy to understand terms, NEC4 FMC has been specifically developed by project practitioners for the facilities management sector. A collaborative contract, it allows clients, service providers and service managers to work together in a spirit of mutual trust - to achieve the objectives and better outcomes.
The introductory training session from NEC is delivered in five comprehensive and valuable areas: an overview of the NEC and NEC4 FMC, using and managing the contract, as well as useful insight into the option of project orders – that allow client instructions to be provided for small pieces of work where the complexity calls for a detailed programme.
Virtual training will take place on 23rd June 2025, 3rd September 2025 and 1st December 2025 and online training is also an option for further flexibility.
