Project Manager – Well-Established Entertainment venues
Role: Project Manager
Location: London / Home Counties
Salary: Up to £65 -70K + Benefits
They are seeking a Project Manager to join their senior Management team. The Project Manager will be part of a committed team supporting the venue managers who are dedicated to the delivery of key business change. You will be identifying, researching and successfully implementing changes to ensure the business maintains high standards, customer satisfaction and is futureproofed.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying areas of possible improvement.
- Responsible for collation, production and analysis of all venue specific performance data relating to operational, people, racing & trainer performance
- Develop and deliver the venue rehoming strategy working with external kennels to do so
- Project management of all activity spanning over more than one Stadia location including capex, industry, people & service activity.
- Provides support to venue Managers for complex individual property projects
- Negotiate alongside the procurement team all cross stadia contracts & agreements
- Support offices in all standard trainer communications
- Manage key supplier relationships – e.g. Carlsberg, Cleaning, Website
- Responsible for developing and continuing to grow the venue customer & owner experience programme
- Responsible for managing the overall venue rehoming programme and building relationships with rehoming partners
- Work with central functions to enhance profiles across the business, developing strategies
- Manage & work with venue management teams to ensure delivery of the venue operational, HSSE & L&D roadmaps.
- Compiling data and presenting reports on ways to improve.
- Studying market trends to determine future issues.
- Liaise with relevant departments to distinguish impact of changes, pinpoint issues with changes and find alternatives to avoid issues.
- Develop a property roadmap incorporating management of the Stadia capex budget & 5 year property plan
- To act as the key point of contact for all central functions working with the Stadia operation working to ensure all company initiatives & activities are cascaded to Stadia consistently and in a timely manner.
The Ideal Project Manager Candidate:
- Must have experience of leading projects, Strong management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong listening skills and an ability to act upon information received from senior stakeholders, both internally & externally.
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate and influence externally at senior manager level
- Flexible with working hours, including evening shifts, public holidays and weekends to suit the business needs.
- Must be an analytical person who is good with data.
- Must be highly committed and passionate about improvement.
- Should be highly personable, being able to liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and public consumers.
