Mobile Maintenance Plumber
South London
Monday to Friday, 40hr Week
Salary up to £36,000
Mobile Engineer looking to work across a cluster of sites?
Our client currently has a great opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to work on a brand new contract win across South London - working on behalf of a well known gym you'll be responsible for a cluster of sites with the idea of keeping you within 50 miles of your home address. On these sites you'll be responsible for reactive & planned maintenance, general building & fabric works as well as keeping logbooks up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers plumbing and building services disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all plumbing equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 2 or 3 qualification in Plumbing Engineering
- L8 (desirable)
- Good all round knowledge of building services / fabric work
- Full clean UK driving license
- Client-facing & well presented
