Our client is on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to join a new contract working on a large retail contract who belongs to a Scandinavian chain selling ready to assemble furniture and housewares and home essentials! Perfect for a Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer within facilities maintenance.
The role comes with a salary of £36,000 - £38,000 per hour, parking on site, holidays and discounts on meals whilst in work.
This is a fantastic opportunity working for the UKs largest facilities maintenance companies, an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for a permanent role within FM where they can offer a serious path for progression and upskilling.
You will also oversee the local site and manage day to day engineering duties within a commercial environment and have experience with hands on electrical engineering within facilities maintenance. Working on a call out rota every 1 in 4 weeks.
Job specific responsibilities for an Electrical Supervisor:
- Planned maintenance
- Duties and Responsibilities for an Electrical Engineer
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Working with high tech switching systems
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
