£35,000 + OT per annum
Mon – Fri 8AM - 5PM
Ealing - W5

A brand-new position has come available for an Electrical Building Service Engineer working for one of the UK’s leading FM companies. Joining an established team who can offer progression and stability in FM, covering a huge contract looking after very shopping centre in central Ealing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers electrical and trade disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Ability to get involved in multi skilled reactive repairs
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications/Experience:
- NVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- Good knowledge of building services
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
