Account Manager
Up to £70,000 + Travel Allowance and Bonus
Paddington, London
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a well established M&E Service provider looking after a large prestigious healthcare facility in the Paddington area of London. The ideal candidate will have account management knowledge and experience of managing a contract of over 20 staff within a large FM company.
Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitoring KPI's and managing the Service Level Agreement for the contracts
- Managing a team of engineers, Help Desk Ops, Coordinators and regularly meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Visiting clients/customers on site and oversee all Hard Services on site
- Ensuring compliance on the specified terms of the contract, service level agreements and sustainability targets
- Managing P&L and budget control
- Ensuring PPM and reactive works are being carried out
Qualifications :
- Account Management experience
- HND, ONC Mechanical or Electrical Desirable but not required
- Management qualification desired
- Previous experience within a critical background
