This role will provide you with unparalleled experience working at the forefront of workplace change and see your work translated internationally into legitimate change at the peak level within this industry!
You will be working closely with the Head of Workplace in implementing the global rollout of a mammoth pilot project. By understanding the diverse cultures of this clients' international workspaces, you will help transition and drive change through all areas of the business to this new way of working, for a frontline investment banking client.
Ideally, you will come with vast change management experience, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex business strategy in to clear and concise communication. The ability to empathise and liaise with employees to drive this programme and create this change is crucial to your success.
