The Role: Assistant Building Manager
Location: London

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 pa
About the company:
Established in 2013 with the ambition of providing high end, boutique serviced office space, in beautiful central London locations. Our clients’ properties are unique within the UK commercial property market; 2,000 – 15,000 sq ft office buildings, unbranded, available to rent by single rooms for a simple all-inclusive monthly payment. They hold themselves to extremely high standards.
The successful Assistant Building Manager:
- Being the first point of contact for all tenants, making sure customers and guests receive
- the best possible experience
- Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with
- the building standards checklist
- Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers
- accordingly
- Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive
- outstanding service
- Overseeing customer on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless welcome
- Working in partnership with the Sales Manager, supporting at viewings
- Ensuring the building is H&S and Fire Safety compliant at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a customer facing role
- A brilliant self-starter nature to work independently as well as part of a team
- Awareness of financial processes including invoicing and PO processing
- A comfortable working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent task management
- Health and Safety Regulations awareness to building standards level
