About the company:
Our client is one of the leading commercial real estate services companies, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers and investors on a local, national and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.
The successful Workplace Experience Manager:
You will be required to create a new FM model to support and manage all FM, workplace, front of house experiences, revenue generating services and liaison between all third parties and service providers to ensure a world class experience to all users, clients and visitors to the building.
To support the above, the management team would operate through 5 pillars:

- Delivery
- Commercial Management
- Protection
