Fabric Technician
Cannon Street, London
Working for one of the UK's leading and best known Facilities Management companies. As a company they turnover excess of £3billion and are well placed in the FTSE 250.
They are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician/ Handy Person to look after a brand new financial / media company based in Cannon Street
The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks, fabric maintenance and offer business support
You will have ideally worked in a multi technical role and will have a broad understanding of building services maintenance.

Qualifications/Experience:
- You will come from a trade background and will have experience carrying out maintenance on commercial contracts.
- You will ideally hold City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in either electrical, plumbing or carpentry (Desirable)
The role;
Permanent Role - Fabric Technician / Handy Person
Monday - Friday, normal working hours (40 Hours a week)
Salary - up to 31K
Location - Cannon Street, London
