M&E Supervisor
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 on weekly rotation
Cannon Street
Salary up to £45,000
The UK's leading Facilities Maintenance companies are looking for a M&E Supervisor to join a brand new contract for a blue-chip company within the Finance and Media Sector on Cannon Street.
Job Responsibilities for a M&E Supervisor:
- Ensure engineers are working productively and completing reactive jobs on site, providing technical support when needed
- Having knowledge of the open job on site and completing high profile jobs within an acceptable time period
- Complete regular meetings with the engineers, including toolbox talks, risk assessments and general communications
- Call in sub-contractors where needed to complete reactive jobs
- Raising and follow through of permits for high risk activities including hot works etc
- Manage and audit logbooks
- Liaising with helpdesk to give updates on jobs
- Plan in rota with team to ensure all PPM and breakdowns are completed
- Maintain and control costs within budget
Qualifications / Experience for a M&E Supervisor:
- NVQ level 2/3 Electrical Installation
- 18th edition (desirable)
- Currently or previously held LVAP qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in dealing with clients
