Technical Operations Manager
Remote Working / Virtual Office
£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager to work across multiple commercial accounts based around London and Hertfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home or via virtual offices. The successful candidate will ideally come from a technical background in the HVAC field of work. This is a very client facing position so a confident and punctual individual is needed.

Job Responsibilities for a Technical Manager:
- Manage all inspections and surveys including audits and analysis, HVAC Systems, compliance and third party surveys
- Supervise and reviews all technical operations
- Develop and provide for ongoing improvement of maintenance and engineering procedures
- Overseeing implementation of programs to ensure compliance with life safety programs and procedures
- Design and develops construction management including HVAC system comparisons
- Assist with due diligence and building evaluations for possible acquisitions or development projects
- Perform value-engineering studies and contractor qualifications and recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience for a Technical Manager:
- Technical qualifications from a HVAC background
- Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices & techniques
- Experience within M&E services related to critical assets and environments
- Highly customer focused
- Experience of managing budgets & sub-contractors
- Experienced with managing engineering projects
- Advanced computer skills
