SMSTS Site Project Manager
Fulham - SW6 4LZ
£40,000-£42,000 per annum
Our client, a high end domestic maintenance company operating in the 'Super Prime' Sector of Central London, are looking for a new SMSTS Project/Site Manager to run multiple sites for them across the city.
The ideal candidate would be based from their Fulham office and travel to sites as needed.
Responsiblities:
- General site management duties
- Overseeing health and safety
- Completing RAMS and risk assessments
- Overseeing team of sub contractors and trades
Requirements for role:
- Experience across domestic/commercial sites
- SMSTS
- Good client facing experience
