£38,000-£42,000 + Overtime

Our biggest and longest standing client has had an increase on their current team so a new opportunity has opened up for a Air Conditioning Engineer wanting to get into the biggest FM company in Europe.
This position is joining part of a large team working on multiple sites throughout the South, the team is made up of a variety of different engineers.
Role Information:
- Air Conditioning Engineer
- 5 out of 7 Working days - Includes Weekends
- Health Insurance, 25 Days Holidays & other benefits
- Call out Rota 1 in 4
- Van and Fuel Card included
Job specific accountabilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services
- Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation
- F-Gas
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of building services
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
