Account Manager looking for a new challenge?
The UK's leading FM specialists are looking for an Account Manager to head up a prestigious facility in Salford
Responsibilities for an Account Manager:
- Management responsibility for up to several operational direct reports
- Management of P&L across contract
- Establish relationships with client & management
- Establish relationships with external clients
- Works with minimal direct supervision resolving complex operational problems
- Responsible for all hard & soft services across the account
- Dealing with TUPE process from previous contract holder
- Liaising between the London, Milton Keynes and Scotland
Experience / Qualifications for an Account Manager:
- MAnufactuing / Warehouse Experience
- Management qualification (desired)
- Previous Account Management/Director experience (essential)
- Experienced with total FM - hard & soft servics
- Strong communication skills
