Compliance Coordinator (hybrid)

In your new Compliance Coordinator role you'll be front and centre of keeping one of the country's top hospitals safe - excited yet?
This is a busy, complex site with tens of different environments, hundreds of facilities requirements and thousands of people coming through its doors every day so you're role is going to be incredibly varied. You'll be working closely with the Contract Manager to ensure the hospital assets are managed correctly, suppliers are monitored properly and that way the organisation works across the site is as efficient as possible whilst minimising risk.
As Compliance Coordinator you won't just be maintaining the status quo though. To get the most out of this position you can continually look to improving the service provided - not just adhering to industry standard but aiming to lead the way.
If you're working in an FM compliance role now and are looking to take a step up or are currently an Assistant Facilities Manager or Coordinator who wants to specialise in compliance we'd love to hear from you!
Owing to the hands-on nature of the role we would need you to be on site 3 to 4 days a week.
In your new Compliance Coordinator role you'll be joined a well-respected FM provider who have a strong relationship with their healthcare client. Because of the nature of this prestigious site (it's not only a world-class teaching hospital, it's a filming location) there are always going to be challenges but if you're the sort of person who enjoys that variety and gets a kick from problem solving this is the job for you!
Package
£30k - £32k (dependent upon experience)
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
