Junior Project Manager / Trainee Estimator
Royston - SG8
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
£30,000 - £32,000 + company vehicle
Are you a Junior project manager or an Estimator looking for an opportunity to progress?
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager / Trainee Estimator to progress into a Project Management position for one a national FM company.
As one of the leaders in the industry for projects and building services work, the client has many years of work secured for the foreseeable on various types of contracts in the South West of the UK.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Have site-based building services engineering experience and/or worked within a project's team.
- Dealing with estimations across a range of projects/small works
- Be able to ensure timely inspections, rectification of issues, and communications with relevant stakeholder groups.
- Communicate confidently and effectively both orally and in writing adapting communication style for the needs of the audience.
- Have good knowledge of procurement, and a good ability to take the various project works from cradle to grave.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with over 10+ principle contractors on projects valued between £10,000 to £1 million.

- Junior Project Manager
- London & Home Counties
- Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + company vehicle
