Day-to-day you'll be managing a team of 9 Maintenance Technicians across Leicestershire who are dealing with reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric works, along with the occasional capital project across around 30 healthcare sites.
The majority of your day will be coordinating that mobile team, supervising contract partners, managing works through the CAFM system and analysing data.
This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you're up to speed it'll mean you'll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer that values you.
