HVAC Sales Engineer - Business Development Manager

Our client is currently recruiting for a HVAC Sales Engineer to join our passionate and driven team in Stockport!
What we expect from you:
As a Sales Engineer you will ideally be qualified within refrigeration / HVAC and be confident within this sector with the ability to conduct site surveys where necessary. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in air conditioning, heat pumps, VRV/VRF and Chilled water systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining networks to improve the presence and reputation of the Company.
- Ensuring profitability and achieving sales targets and outcomes.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining successful business and customer relationships.
- Presenting design input on installations projects.
- Presenting timely sales reports.
- Liaising with senior team personnel.
- Attending sales meetings.
- Liaising with technical, contracts, service, and specialist services teams to support Group sales.
- Ensuring sales opportunities are viable and in line with forecast margins.
- Adhering to AMK personnel policies and procedures.
- Team player.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Successful track record in sales, continuously meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Drivers Licence.
- PC Literate.
- Know the market and pricing - accurate and competitive quoting.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
