300 North are recruiting for a Finishing Foreman for our residential client in North Yorkshire.
This is a multiphase development. As a Finishing Manager, you will be required to manage the internal trade packages from 2nd fix onwards. You will keep thorough records of snags and relay them onto the appropriate subcontractor for rectification.You will have a good eye for detail and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements:
It would be advantageous to have come from a carpentry/joinery background
Experience as a Finishing foreman working for a housebuilder.
You will have previous experience overseeing the internal finishes, manage sub-contractors and report into a Site Manager .
