Our client specializes in providing mechanical and electrical building services and building fabrics repair to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centers, local authorities, distribution and logistics, and manufacturers.
Working on a NHS contract in Lincolnshire, the electrical engineer will be working closely with the engineering team and facilities manager and will be tasked to proactively accomplishing the everyday facilities/maintenance requirements of their client within the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.
Key Tasks:
PPM's and reactive work
Emergency light tests and repairs
Ability to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service execution
Requirements:
Experience working within a similar role
Electrical Qualification(18th/17th edition)
Must have a good attitude to work
Excellent client facing skills & experience working within the building service environment
Package:
Salary: £33,000 (depending on skills & experience)
Working Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1700
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
