The Role
We are looking for an admin whizz here! Someone who wants to move into a more HR Generalist role long term but initially is happy to bed down and get things done. This is an awesome opportunity to be part a growing team, where there are lots of decisions being made and an ever-changing feel.
A fun place to work, it’s a collaborative and inclusive team who really wants to see this person grow and develop. You will be accountable for all the administration of the department and must be comfortable with this. Knowledge of HR and systems is essential, but you don’t have to be the finished article. A resilient character who has common sense and adds value to the team – warm and engaging you will be the face of the HR team and someone people feel comfortable approaching.
What experience will you have:
- Ideally come from a hospitality background
- Hourly and salaried staff
- Understanding of ER
- Confident in Administration and systems
- A calm individual who copes well with pressure and ambiguity
- Success in improving HR systems
- A people person who loves to interact
