Thanks to their on-going success the time is right for them to bring in a dedicated Property Manager who will give the estate the love and attention it deserves.

All about you:

As the Property Manager for the group, you will be a strong all-rounder who has previously looked after Property & FM for a restaurant group from landlord relationship to CAPEX budgets.

You will really understand the nuances, demands and the nitty-gritty of managing sites that are very food-led. Up to speed on H&S and compliance as well as having the sense of urgency that comes with hospitality. Maintenance will feature heavily in your background, and you will be able to create PPM schedules that work!

Multi-site experience is what we need here along with a very good understanding of general Facilities Management too. Oh, and brownie points will be awarded if you have previously dealt with re-fit / refurb project too.

All about the role:

The Property Manager will oversee the upkeep, maintenance and services to approximately 12 sites, ranging from restaurants to offices. You will work closely with site GMs and Head Chefs to ensure compliance and smooth operations are consistent.

Key responsibilities:


  • Deal with landlords/real estate agents/ lawyers on rent reviews and renewals
  • Establish a preventive maintenance program and instruct/manage vendors/contractors to execute maintenance works, minor improvements and refurbishment
  • Support group General Managers and Head Chefs on reactive maintenance works when required
  • Control repairs & maintenance budget while ensuring that all works are always completed at high standards
  • Liaise with health & safety advisor to ensure consistent high standards and compliance to regulations
  • Manage gas, electric and water service contracts, as well as cleaning and waste management
  • Provide support in case of insurance claims
  • Be involved in preliminary new site assessment and capex estimate, review feasibility being mindful of design and commercial goals/constraints
  • Project management of fit-out, liaising with external PM, external architect, contractors, vendors
  • Budget management
  • Collaborate with external project manager to ensure regulations and permit/planning/license requirements are met and secured according to the opening program
  • Develop a site opening check-list to ensure clarity across cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners
