We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of London's most anticipated new developments in a site that has become home to retail, restaurants, cafes, offices and top of the range apartments.
Working on a modern, revolutionary workspace that is home to iconic high-end retail and Michelin Star restaurants. We are looking for the perfect engineer who is hungry to join one of the UK's largest Facilities Maintenance companies. We are looking to recruit a Fabric Technician / Handyperson with a good knowledge of Facilities Maintenance. The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. Have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance
- Plant Room Checks
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
- Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
- Client facing role
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ideally applicants will have a trade qualification (Carpentry/Plumbing/Painting & Decorating)
- A can do attitude towards any given task
- Previous experience working as a Fabric Technician
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
